Luana Carcano is Lecturer at the Strategic and Entrepreneurial Department of SDA Bocconi School of Management.

Carlo Ceppi is IWC brand manager for Italy. Since 2008, he is Mission Delegate for the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie in Italy and Greece.
