Presentation of a Tourbillon watch awarded at the World's Fair in Paris.
1880
First major contract for 2,000 wristwatches, ordered by Emperor Wilhelm I for German naval officers.
1889
The Tourbillon with three gold bridges, now an iconic model, was awarded a gold medal at the World's Fair in Paris.
