The “Musée jurassien d'art et d'histoire” is the cultural repository of those parts of the Jura region which once belonged to the Bishopric of Basle. Since its foundation in 1909, the museum has been situated in the heart of the old town of Delémont. The museum presents Jurassian history from the cultural, social, political and economic point of view.
