Supply Chain Manager
How can we be sure, for example, that a watch will be delivered on time and to the right address? By counting on an efficient supply chain. The supply chain manager oversees the optimum flow of products and information in order to improve the efficiency of the network and reduce the level of stock. He/she also endeavours to lower costs whenever possible. The supply chain manager assesses current needs and plans for the future in order to guarantee a sufficient quantity of stock that is in harmony with the market. Analytical skills together with an ability to extract the essential are precious assets that complement the excellent skills in business or engineering that are indispensable for such a profession.
