Director of the Manufacture
At the head of the company, the director of the Manufacture continuously works to develop new products and to ensure regular and optimum production. He/she coordinates development and production activities, decides on policy and strategy, establishes the budget and manages his staff while overseeing the development of a healthy and positive corporate culture. The director of the Manufacture is well educated in industrial management or microtechnics and has several valuable qualities including the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
