HR Director of the Manufacture
The HR director of the Manufacture ensures that the company is equipped with qualified and competent staff. As the head of recruitment, he/she hires employees whose versatility can be enhanced through training programmes. He draws up work contracts, monitors probationary periods and administers salaries and holiday entitlement to all employees. He/she also draws up personnel budgets and compiles related monthly reports. Specialised in human resources, the HR director of the Manufacture has a university degree or equivalent and extensive experience in the field.
