Production Manager
Each production manager upholds a strategy that is aimed at structuring production in a more efficient manner. He/she also has a flair for good organisation, which enables him/her to ensure a regular manufacturing pace and anticipate possible malfunctions. Finally, the production manager is a person who is capable of making the necessary decisions to ensure that the right balance is struck between the workload and the capabilities of his/her department. This position requires a higher education qualification in engineering or industrial management, as well as pragmatism and the ability to simplify information and communicate it with clarity.
