After-sales Watchmaker
The after-sales watchmaker diagnoses, disassembles, repairs, cleans and inspects pieces that are brought to him/her. A trained watchmaking practitioner, he/she handles the repair of customer items and market products. Quality is a key value that guides all of his/her actions. He/she can count on his/her analytical abilities for the quick repair of defective parts and the ordering of new ones. A good manager, he/she knows how to prioritise work according to various needs. The after-sales watchmaker is versatile and works in a small team.

Watchmaking CFC (Swiss Federal Capacity Certificate), 3 or 4 years – see technical and watchmaking schools, 3 years of experience in a similar field.
