Jewellery Technical Coordinator
The jewellery technical coordinator acts as the link between the jewellery marketing department and the customer services department. In practical terms, he/she ensures that the customer services specifications on jewellery development are respected and evolve; he/she also outlines needs in terms of components and the necessary tools for jewellery repair. Furthermore, he/she manages and performs daily maintenance of the intranet site in the section that deals with documents relating to watches and jewellery or logistics and training. Finally, he/she participates in the definition and execution of projects. Equipped with fundamental business-based training, he/she also has experience in the field of jewellery.

Business employee CFC (Swiss Federal Capacity Certificate), 3-year in-house apprenticeship with lessons taken in parallel, fluent written and spoken English, 3 years’ experience in a similar field.
