Production Manager (manufacturing)
When carrying out his/her work, the production manager combines two key areas: technique and management. He/she must guarantee production quality and quantity while simultaneously getting the most out of his/her team of professionals. His/her interpersonal skills and experience aid in this task. An entrepreneurial spirit drives him/her to find solutions to reduce costs and develop his/her department’s industrial performance. Fluent in English and adept at using several basic computer tools, the production manager shows an interest in the market. He/she analyses it and makes proposals based on his/her conclusions with an aim to perfecting the operations of his/her department.
