Perrelet adds to its Diamond Flower range of women's watches with Amytis, named after Amytis of Media, queen of Babylon in whose honour her husband, Nebuchadnezzar II, built the hanging gardens, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. This collection naturally benefits from the double-rotor calibre, a speciality of Perrelet. The rotor on the dial side is fashioned as flower petals that sway with the movements of the arm. Of the three models in the collection, this precious version has a diamond-set bezel framing a dial in anthracite and white mother-of-pearl. In addition to its petal form, the dial-side rotor is adorned with white mother-of-pearl and diamonds. On all three styles, Roman numerals converge towards the centre to lend an ultimate touch of character.
