    Overview

    Assist in the development and implementation of the overall communications strategy within the frame of IWC overall strategy.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and manage wholesale co-op media advertising activities .. Key liaison for regional sales managers and commercial accounts in all co-op related advertising and marketing activities.. Create annual co-op advertising guidelines and distribute to all retail partners..o Monitor compliance of web guidelines by wholesale partners.. Review, approve and maintain local advertising plans/contracts for retail partners.. Order and review advertising material from production houses.. Maintain co-op spending within budget guidelines as provided by management, and update team on tactical opportunities brought forth by wholesale partners that may require incremental spend.. Review and authorize invoices and process co-op advertising claims. Invoice dealers for their share of media and/or production costs. Investigate un-authorized or disputed co-op issues...Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of annual consumer & trade media communications plan.. Work closely with Marketing & Events Manager and media agency to develop and implement integrated media strategies utilizing traditional and non-traditional media properties to promote IWC retail boutiques and the sale of IWC watches in the North American market in accordance with goals and objectives of the brand.. Work with the media agency to develop impactful media plans..o Negotiate positioning and added value where possible..o Manage accurate and timely creative rotation..o Order and review advertising material from production houses ..o Competitive ad and SOV/spending tracking..o Coordinate with HQ and local agencies to develop, budget, push and implement local Display advertising strategy..o Liaise with HQ on all creative asset development and approvals, when needed..o Track and report on results by vehicle and make recommendations on future advertising plans..o Partner with agency to locally align search activities around improving SEM results including keyword strategy, budget allocations, creative testing across desktop, mobile and tablet platforms..o Manage wholesale SEM contracts and proposals; coordinate with media agency on continued optimizations of Wholesale search campaigns..o Liaise with Wholesale contacts to ensure site enhancements and qualitative improvements are being implemented..o Follow performance results and propose recommendations for further improvement each month..o Manage and track monthly invoices and budgets for all digital media and production. Work closely with media agency's finance team to reconcile any discrepancies. Monitor and maintain consistency of media budgets within internal database systems..Assist in the development and execution of Social Media communications plan.. Work closely with Marketing & Events Manager to develop and execute social media strategy in North America.. Identify opportunities and develop proposals for implementing scalable social media campaign programs to generate maximum local exposure.. Work closely with PR team to ensure optimal engagement with online communities, blogs, etc. to generate exposure, publicity and traffic.. Craft and implement appropriate campaigns and social media calendar in collaboration with HQ.. Define and track performance of campaign testing and live campaigns.. Be aligned and informed of the latest social media developments, online behavior and trends, as well as competitive actions..Assist in the development and execution of Events for both national and co-op support.. Manage RSVP and guest lists for all national events.. Work directly with co-op partners on all event executions, overseeing concept development/approval and ultimately, perfect execution.. Manage all event administrative tasks, such as invitation design requests, car service and hotel bookings, etc... Serve as brand representative on-site as needed

    Profile

    . Minimum 3-4 years full-time work experience.. Strong Display & Search media knowledge, particularly luxury and lifestyle publications, although not required, is preferred.. Events management knowledge is preferred.. Excellent analytical, budgeting, Powerpoint and Bumblebee system skills.. Team player with strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.. Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.. Must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential
