At Baselworld, TAG Heuer unveiled the result of an online vote to decide which of the numerous Autavia - the first ever wrist chrono with rotating bezel, designed by Jack Heuer in 1962 - it would reissue. And the winner is… the "Rindt", named after the Austrian 1960s Formula 1 champion Jochen Rindt. This new execution is water-resistant to 100 metres. Its case has been upped to a 42-mm diameter, and inside beats the Heuer-02, the latest generation of Chronograph movement from the brand. Vintage is all the rage right now, and this new launch ticks all the boxes.
