The Galet Micro-Rotor is automatically wound by a unidirectional pawl-fitted micro-rotor, assisted by an exclusive double direct-impulse escapement that builds on research carried out by Abraham-Louis Breguet.

Combined with avant-garde materials, this recent construction of a past invention opens up new perspectives in watchmaking, not least with regards to energy efficiency. The off-centre micro-rotor sits between the mainplate and the micro-rotor bridge, at the heart of the movement structure. It is also fitted with a "silent bloc" shock-absorber system. The oscillating weight in 18k solid gold is embellished with engine-turning (guillochage).
