Zenith adds a new reference to its Pilot collection, with a large, 45-mm case in aged steel surrounding a vintage-style dial. Inside lies the El Primero 4069 calibre, a movement that needs no introduction. One look tells us that Zenith is going all out retro with this new watch, which references the Café Racer motorbike, a movement born in 1950s England among young bikers who wanted something fast and distinctive. Essentially a seat on a high-powered engine, the Café Racer bike inspired this Heritage watch which, in addition to hours and minutes, shows small seconds on a subdial. The chronograph features the essentials of a central seconds hand and a 30-minute counter.
