Heritage Pythagore Small Second Limited Edition 148

Montblanc 2021

ref. 128667
Unisex

Produced by Minerva in the 1940s, the calibre 48 movement has always been appreciated for its harmonious construction, alternating straight lines and geometrical angles. It even earned the nickname “the Pythagoras” as its bridges are positioned using mathematical proportions defined by Pythagoras’s Golden Ratio (1.618). Eighty years on, it serves as the reference point for an entirely new, in-house movement from Montblanc: the manually-wound MB M.14.08 that can be admired through the sapphire back of the Heritage Pythagore Small Second Limited Edition 148. This visual treat continues on the front side of the 39mm case in pink gold, whose vintage appeal is accentuated by the “burnt caramel” colour of the dial.
