The story of Infinity began with an artist's rendering of the life cycle of a rose.

These stages are revealed one by one, engraved all around the case, first with the buds, then the sepals, and lastly the pistils, stamens and petals. A characteristic of the bas-relief technique is to be only slightly raised from the surrounding surface. The impression of depth comes from the decorative elements themselves. The dial is engraved on two levels: the lower part, with its figure eight, presents a geometric representation of infinity. Completing it, the upper part gives life to eternity.
