Once again, Chopard brings together its twofold expertise as a watchmaker and a jeweller in the L'Heure du Diamant collection, now joined by three new variations boasting coloured gemstone dials. Alongside versions in opal and lapis-lazuli is this rendition whose malachite dial is circled by a flamboyant halo of diamonds. Yet however dazzling a jewel it may be, L'Heure du Diamant Small Vintage is first and foremost a timepiece. Fitted with an in-house mechanical automatic movement, it keeps time with utmost precision. It is a delicate and elegant tribute to Karl Scheufele whose jewellery watches earned him the sobriquet of "master of the bijou watch".
