L.U.C XP Skeletec
Chopard 2021
Introduced by Chopard in 2012, the L.U.C XP Skeletec has continually ranked among the thinnest automatic watches on the market, with a height of 7.20mm. This new interpretation, for the 25th anniversary of Chopard Manufacture, comes with a more open dial to showcase the L.U.C 96.17-S movement and its 3.30mm height. So as not to add to this wafer-thinness, Chopard Manufacture has developed a micro-rotor that skims the movement bridges. Patented Twin technology provides 65 hours of power reserve, courtesy of two stacked barrels. The movement components are hand-finished, including the openworked bridges and mainplate for a view of the gears below. True to its belief in sustainable luxury, Chopard has cased this 50-piece limited edition in ethical white gold.
