Romance is in the air as Christophe Claret adds another string to its Cupid's bow in the form of a second ladies' watch. Set at the heart of a mother-of-pearl dial, a delicate daisy (marguerite in French) welcomes two butterflies. The female butterfly alights on one of the petals to show the hours, while her male counterpart chases after her as he escorts the minutes at the end of the flower's pistil. At a press of the pusher at 2 o'Clock, the Arabic numerals vanish and the promise that "il m’aime passionnément" ("he loves me passionately") appears instead. This delightful illusion is framed by a 42.5-mm case in white gold or in pink gold, with diamonds in "flake" and "champagne" settings, both new types of setting. This precious exterior is served by the precision of a self-winding, in-house movement whose twin barrels ensure a 72-hour power reserve.
