Split-Seconds Chronograph Ref. 5370

Patek Philippe 2015

ref. Réf 5370
Men's

Split-seconds chronographs, which measure intermediate times without interrupting an ongoing measurement, have been one of the specialities of Patek Philippe since the 1920s. After presenting a classic Chronograph in 2009, expectations were high for a rattrapante. The brand obliged in 2012 when it launched Ref. 5204, a split-seconds chronograph with perpetual calendar. This year Patek Philippe has opted for a pared-down version of the split-seconds function, proposed without any additional complication, with two pushers to start, stop and reset the chronograph, and an additional pusher in the crown for the split-seconds function.
