Tourbillon 03

Hautlence 2016

Men's

Barely a year after the debut of its first ever Tourbillon, Hautlence returns with a new interpretation of the HMC 802 tourbillon calibre, developed by sister-company H. Moser & Cie. Bringing contemporary refinements to a classic aesthetic, it carries on its predecessor's stylistic vocabulary. The 44-mm case matches the grey of the titanium middle with the pink tones of the gold bezel, inviting colour contrasts that continue on the three-dimensional dial. Numerals and markers in pink gold are applied to a sapphire crystal intermediate dial that appears to float about the main dial with its Côtes de Genève decoration. It is, however, the tourbillon that steals the show in the bottom part of the dial, while a discreet hand points to the second time zone. Its small size means it can be tucked out of sight, behind the main hour hand, whenever the GMT function is not in use.
