Traditionnelle Tourbillon

Vacheron Constantin 2018

ref. 6000T/000R-B346
Men's

A new calibre makes its debut in the Traditionnelle collection, namely Vacheron Constantin's first self-winding tourbillon. One of the most striking aspects of this movement, in addition to the elegant, openworked tourbillon cage in the shape of a Maltese Cross, is its exceptional thinness. Comprising 188 components, it measures just 5.65mm high, thanks in part to the 22k gold oscillating weight on the movement periphery (and which provides 80 hours of power reserve). The superlative finishing includes the hand-chamfered bar of the tourbillon cage, which alone took 12 hours to complete and can be admired at 6 o'Clock through an opening in the dial. This new piece is proposed in a 41mm pink gold case, and as an exclusive Collection Excellence Platine edition.
