Partnerships

The DNA of watchmaking has always been multiple and collaboration the norm. The watchmaking culture, which is very rich, whether for its mechanical heritage, its know-how recently recognised by the UNESCO or its heritage, must therefore be defended and promoted naturally through partnerships.

The Federation of the Swiss Industry, umbrella organisation of the profession, the watch museums and the universities, are among the partners of the Foundation's cultural activities. As valuable supporters of the FHH, they contribute to its various events and actions in the service of watchmaking culture.

Organisations and Museums

Organisations and museums are important partners to the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie, with exchanges taking place in areas pertaining to academic, legal, technical and historical subjects. As well as being valuable research partners, these organisations and museums play a foremost role in corroborating information. Loans of clocks, watches and other instruments of time measurement enrich the Foundation's exhibitions on horological themes.

Universities

The Foundation is actively involved in training through its own courses as well as through partnerships with universities. It can, for example, work with schools of art and design to take action against counterfeiting. The Foundation's experts are also invited as guest speakers to share their insight with students in luxury marketing.
