    In line with Brand long term strategy, the Country Manager is responsible for sales, distribution, client development, after sales service and to support in marketing and brand development of Vacheron Constantin in India. ..Responsibilities..1..Sales...Responsible for the creation of the sales and network plan and accountable for reaching its objectives...Determine appropriate strategy on sales distribution, network, training, visual merchandising, local events and pricing policy are within brand commercial guidelines...Monitor and take action on competitive activity, merchandising and training...Service, on a daily basis, VC retailers in whole India (order, supply, payment collection, service)...Gradually ensure the role of Brand ambassador in India and toward retailers, end clients and VIPs in order to further develop the brands client database and the relationship with key opinion leaders in India ..2..Marketing & PR...In conjunction with Regional Marketing team in Dubai, support implementation of trade, consumer marketing strategies and action plans for India...Monitor impact of marketing and communication initiatives, program and give regular detailed feedback to local Dubai team...Support implementation of local events jointly with marketing team and retailers...In line with the Brand PR strategy, support of PR related programs and activities (e.g. product shootings etc.) ...Assure implementation of VM guidelines in corners and BTQs, jointly plan VM needs and budget with marketing..3..Finance...Assure payment discipline of retailers and manage DSO...Plan annual sales budget and forecast according to Brand and Richemont Group Guidelines...Prepare sales budget, updates as needed and keep Brand and Region appraised of sales in the Region and significant market trends..4..Operations...Provide intelligence and regular follow up on India customs and duty regulations and implications for business ...Ensure the supply chain from ordering to shipping in coordination with regional office and local Richemont shared services...Manage annual planning and logistics for carnets and temporary imports within India...Monitor and coordinate the follow-up of After sales services activities..
