For the first time, Fondation Haute Horlogerie is joining forces with the renowned IMD Business School and Professor Stéphane JG Girod to offer a unique Masterclass. The Masterclass delved into Client Engagement, one of the subjects discussed and debated during the last edition of the FHH Forum.

With the participation of international speakers such as Ian Goldin and Virginie Raisson, this year’s edition of the FHH Forum promises lively discussion and debate on future trends that impact customer behaviour and expectations, condensed into a half-day in-person event.

For the second consecutive year, the Fondation Haute Horlogerie organised a seminar on compliance, attended by professionals from the watch and jewellery sector. The event shed welcome light on a fundamental topic for the luxury economy.
