This desire to be leader in terms of precision has made El Primero the most legendary chronographer of all time. The movement has an entire collection bearing his name. Georges Favre-Jacot brings together every knowledgeable watch-maker under one roof in Locle, in the Swiss Jura. This is the beginning of Zenith's history.
1969
The first automatic integrated chronograph in history is launched: El Primero.
2000
Zenith becomes part of the luxury Group LVMH.
2012
The brand returns to aviation again and extends the Pilot collection with three new models: Pilot Watch d’Aéronef Type 20, Pilot Doublematic and Pilot Big Date Special.
