This Octo Finissimo in yellow gold is powered by the new BVF 100 calibre, enabling a more compact interpretation of this contemporary icon. Measuring 37mm across for just 6.45mm in height, it conserves the Octo’s distinctive octagonal shape, inspired by Roman architecture, while slightly smaller proportions accentuate the slim profile when worn. The case’s polished-satin finish carries over to the integrated bracelet. A tone-on-tone dial, also in yellow gold, creates visual coherency and, at the same time, underscores the intentionally minimalist display of hours, minutes and small seconds. Specially developed for this 37mm size, the in-house movement measures 2.35mm high and beats at 3 Hertz. Powered by a micro-rotor, it delivers 72 hours of power reserve. Bulgari has paid attention to movement finishing, with radial Côtes de Genève, anglage and satin brushing. Visible through the sapphire back, they underscore the mechanical attributes of this boldly architectural watch.
