Dive into the cool history of TAG Heuer's Series 3000 watches and chronographs!

Launched in 1984, these timepieces marked a swanky transition from Heuer to TAG Heuer, embracing a whole new era of diving watch chicness. They waved goodbye to the old-school chronographs of the past and said hello to the fresh styles that made heads turn.

The Series 3000 was like a party of success, celebrating the triumph of Heuer's previous diving watch collections — the Series 1000 and Series 2000.

With their snazzy case and funky 12-sided bezels, these watches had a personality that couldn't be mistaken for anything else.

Looking back at 1984, it was a time of a watch revolution for Heuer. They ditched the old gear and embraced the future, surviving tough times like a boss.

The Series 3000 was a smooth operator, charming watch enthusiasts for over five years. It didn't need drastic changes because its style was timeless, baby!

For a while, the Series 3000 had a partner in crime — a chronograph version that rocked the scene. But as time passed, TAG Heuer went their separate ways with the chronograph, embracing new movements like it was a disco dance-off.

Fast forward to 1989/1990, and it was the grand finale for the Series 3000. The "3000" name disappeared, and the logo got a colorful makeover. But don't worry; the memories of this epic timepiece journey will always shine bright!  You can definitely see some similarities in the new Aquaracer models.
