Autobahn neomatik 41 date

Nomos Glashütte put designer Werner Aisslinger in the driver's seat for the Autobahn, the first sport-styled watch from the brand. It's powered by a new in-house movement: the neomatik date DUW 6101 with quick-set date and Nomos's own Swing System escapement – an extra-thin calibre at 3.60mm high. Everything about this watch says speed and movement, from the name ("motorway" in German) to the inwardly curved dial and the lume-coated 240° segment that suggests a car's speedometer. The date aperture shows three days simultaneously. The 41-mm case is fitted with a sapphire crystal front and back, and is water-resistant to 100 metres. The Autobahn comes as three executions, with a silver-plated white dial, grey dial or midnight blue dial.
