Carrera Chronograph Tourbillon x Porsche Panamericana

For its latest collaboration with Porsche, TAG Heuer introduces a 255-piece limited-edition chronograph to celebrate the German automaker’s victory at the 1954 Carrera Panamericana, when a Porsche 550 Spyder raced first over the finish line. Accordingly, the watch’s design takes cues from the car. Its skeleton dial references the 550 Spyder’s wheels while the silver, yellow and black colour scheme is borrowed directly from the original vehicle’s livery. Yellow lacquered hands emphasise the watch’s sporty personality. Also, the Spyder logo is engraved on the side of the 42mm steel case.

It contains the TH20-09 in-house tourbillon movement which supplies 65 hours of power reserve. Visible through the sapphire back and characteristic of all TAG Heuer x Porsche watches, the rotor has the shape of a Porsche steering wheel.
