Clifton Baumatic Day-Date Moonphase

The Clifton family is growing. Still fitted with the Baumatic movement, this latest iteration features day and date indications by hands at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock, as well as a delightful moon-phase display. This is the second complication to join the Clifton line, after the perpetual calendar. The Baumatic automatic movement, jointly developed by the Richemont group Research & Innovation division and Baume & Mercier, measures time with identical precision throughout its five days of power reserve, withstands magnetic fields up to 1,500 Gauss (25 times the norm) and will run for more than five years between services. A 42mm pink gold case with satin-polished double-bevelled edges pairs beautifully with the gradient grey dial. And to ring the changes, the blue alligator strap is easily swapped in and out without any special tools.
