Navitimer 8 Unitime

Breitling's Huit Aviation Department saw daylight in 1938 with the purpose of making cockpit instruments and pilot's watches for civilian and military use. Its exploits didn't go unnoticed, and the department quickly caught the attention of air forces. The Navitimer 8 collection pays tribute to this history. Its movement, which is chronometer-certified by the COSC, is the first from Breitling to have a world-time complication and no chronograph. The hour hand can be adjusted in increments forwards and back without moving the minute hand. Also, when the city for the current time zone is positioned at 12 o'clock, the 24-hour ring automatically turns counter-clockwise, thanks to a patented differential system, to indicate the time around the globe.
