Tiffany Timer

Tiffany & Co. celebrates 160 years since it created one of the first American chronographs and presents the Tiffany Timer in a limited edition of 60 pieces. The 40mm case is in polished platinum with a facetted crown; a nod to the jeweller’s famous six-prong setting. White gold hands sweep baguette-cut diamond hour markers on the Tiffany Blue® lacquered dial, with its three-counter layout plus a date aperture at 6 o’clock. This unique shade is achieved through the careful application of multiple layers of lacquer; a process that takes some 50 hours to bring to fruition. Carved from gold and admired through the sapphire back, the bird from the Bird on a Rock brooch has flown in and perched on the openworked oscillating weight that supplies 50 hours of power reserve. Inside, beating at 5 Hz, is Zenith’s emblematic El Primero 400 column-wheel chronograph movement.
