Zenith this year celebrates its 150th anniversary with the Academy Georges Favre-Jacot, named after its founder. This new watch is equipped with the manual-winding, high-frequency El Primero 4810 calibre, complete with fusee-and-chain transmission. The inscriptions Force Constante and High Frequency above the power-reserve indicator serve as a reminder of its qualities. The fusee and chain, which are framed by an opening in the dial, give a late nineteenth-century feel to the architecture of the watch. The barrel is engraved with the Zenith name and the words Manufacture Le Locle. Made as a limited edition of 150.
