1966 ww.tc
Short for World Wide Time Control, the ww.tc worldtimer makes its debut in Girard-Perregaux's most urbane collection. Dressed in the elegant lines of the 1966, this is the must-have complication for busy travellers - when an ordinary day involves switching time zones at least once - for the simultaneous display of the time in 24 cities. For easy read-off, the rotating 24-hour disc is divided into two half-circles, one white and one black to indicate day or night. Setting the time zone is child's play, with a crown to position the reference city at 12 o'clock, and a second crown to adjust the hours and minutes that are synchronised with the 24-hour disc. A stylish and useful complication for all those who spend their lives between planes, between cities, and between time zones.
