Baume Skate Aurélien Giraud

Sustainable development via a circular economy are the tenets of the Baume collection, hence this latest model upcycles material leftover from skateboard manufacturing that would otherwise have gone to waste, and old decks belonging to French skateboarding champion Aurélien Giraud, who designed the watch. On the dial, a central disk covered in genuine skate grip tape makes a complete rotation in 12 hours, with a blue minutes hand completing this original time display. The 42mm case contains a Sellita SW200 automatic movement and is mounted on an interchangeable cotton strap, attached to black aluminium lugs. Aurélien Giraud’s signature is athermal laser-engraved on the sapphire caseback.
