Black Tie Inspiration Vintage

Piaget never neglects to pay tribute to its heritage and to its incursions into the field of design. In a nod to the hard stone dials of the 1960s, the Maison presents its Black Tie vintage inspiration watch with onyx dial. Without modifying the appearance of the original watch, meaning cushion shaped with rounded angles and a case featuring alternating superimposed matt and shiny surfaces, this re-edited version has been subtly adjusted with a slightly slimmer profile due to the use of the self-winding 534P movement. The choice of material is also new, with the yellow gold case replaced by a white gold version with a satin-brushed back. Back in the day, Andy Warhol was among those who succumbed to the appeal of this model.
