Baume & Mercier adds to its Classima collection with three new executions for men including this Automatic Chronograph with Complete Calendar, powered by a Valjoux 7751 calibre. This mechanical movement, shown through the sapphire back of the 42mm steel case, is automatically wound by an oscillating weight with a decoration of Côtes de Genève and snailing. Baume & Mercier has combined two useful complications into this one watch: a chronograph with 60-second, 30-minute and 12-hour counters, and a complete calendar with displays of the day and month in apertures, a date hand, a 24-hour indication and moon phases. Equally noteworthy, the remarkable rich blue dial is further enhanced by a barleycorn motif in its centre.
