Coussin de Cartier

The Coussin de Cartier is a square hemmed by diamonds arranged in a swirling movement that accentuates the shape of the deliciously plump gold case. The brand’s jewellers have even imagined a triangular setting, as opposed to the more traditional grain setting, so that the stones, in various sizes, can be incorporated into the case. With less visible metal, the full beauty and sparkle of the gems can shine. In the limited-edition, two-tone versions with paved dials – diamonds with black spinels or Paraiba tourmalines with tsavorites – the coloured gems are inverted.
