Dat Watt Limited Edition

As part of its “Change for the Better” campaign, Oris is rolling out a number of special editions. Part of proceeds from sales fund environmental projects such as those undertaken by the Common Wadden Sea Secretariat, the beneficiary of this Dat Watt Limited Edition, to protect the Wadden Sea. Stretching across a part of the North Sea coastline, it is the largest unbroken tidal flat and barrier-island system in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This fragile ecosystem is brought to our attention by this limited edition, whose 43.5mm steel case surrounds a blue and grey gradient dial. Indications of hours, minutes, centre seconds and the date are joined by a pointer moon phase that also shows the corresponding tidal range.
