Chronograph, Vintage
Inspired by Minerva's classic watches from the 1940s and 1950s, Montblanc's new Heritage line is proud of its vintage aesthetic, which it combines with the latest in movement development. The flagship model in the range, the Heritage Pulsograph harks back to the "physician's watches" that were historically used by doctors to check a patient's pulse. This 40mm model in steel, whose MB M13.21 monopusher chronograph movement is visible through the case back, thus features a pulsometer graduated for 30 pulsations. The domed, salmon-coloured dial, which has a darker, textured ring in its centre, shows subsidiary seconds at 9 o'clock and the chronograph minutes counter at 3 o'clock. This is a limited edition of 100 pieces, mounted on a grey Sfumato strap by Montblanc Pelletteria, the brand's own leather studio.
