Portugieser Perpetual Calendar Tourbillon Edition "150 Years"

As part of its 150th anniversary celebrations this year, IWC has added five new models to the Portugieser range, including a perpetual calendar with flying tourbillon. This is the first time the Schaffhausen firm has combined these two complications. The calendar displays the date, day, month, four-digit year and moon phases. So that the flying tourbillon, made from 82 components and weighing a scant 0.635 grams, can be visible at 12 o’clock, an opening has been made in the calendar advance ring while moon phases have been incorporated into the month subdial at 6 o'clock. Limited edition of 50 pieces.
