Tangente Date Sportbunt
Already famed for its colourful dials, Nomos Glashütte dials it up a notch with the Tangente 38 Date. Introduced in 2024 for the 175th anniversary of watchmaking in Glashütte, it comes in 31 playfully named colourways, from dusky pink Pompadour to smoky blue Super Sardine or brick red Ziegelblau. And because the brand is a firm believer that everyone should be able to enjoy the pleasure to be had from a mechanical watch, this cheerful model (each colourway is limited to 175 pieces) retails for less than the equivalent model in the regular collection. Ticking away inside is Nomos's manual-winding DUW 4101 movement, incorporating the proprietary Swing System escapement and the patented date mechanism around the periphery. Indications are hours, minutes, subsidiary seconds and date in a large aperture at 6 o'clock.
