Arceau Wow

A double-sided scarf designed by Ugo Bienvenu inspired the Hermès Horlogerie workshops for the double-sided dial of the Arceau Wow. On one side of this translucent mother-of-pearl dial, the image is traced in black ink then hand-painted with twenty layers of pastel shades. On the front side, the horse mounted by its comic-book heroine rider burst into view. Vivid colours, sharper lines and stronger volumes provide contrast with the silky, muted colours of the reverse. Cased in white gold, set with 82 diamonds on the bezel and driven by the automatic H1912 movement, the Arceau Wow is manufactured as two 24-piece limited editions: one in pink tones and the second with bluish accents.
