Carrera Chronograph Tourbillon Extreme Sport TH-Carbonspring
At Geneva Watch Days 2025, TAG Heuer launched the TH-Carbonspring oscillator: a major breakthrough in the regulation of a mechanical watch. The culmination of ten years of research and development, this carbon balance spring provides advantages of improved shock-resistance, greater magnetic resistance and lower inertia, resulting in increased stability and precision. Now ready for serial production, the TH-Carbonspring debuts in two models, including this Carrera Chronograph Tourbillon Extreme Sport TH-Carbonspring. Water-resistant to 100 metres, the case is made from black forged carbon, as are the pushers and crown, while the caseback is in black DLC-treated grade 2 titanium. Underneath the carbon dial is the COSC-certified TH20-61 chronograph tourbillon movement. Running at 4 Hz (28,800 vib/h), it stores 65 hours of power reserve.
