RM 029 Automatic Winding Le Mans Classic

Richard Mille has been a partner to the Le Mans Classic ever since the event’s inception in 2002. Held every two years, it brings some 700 historic racing cars together with more than 8,000 “old timers” in the club areas. Cancelled in 2020, the next edition will be in 2022. To make the wait a little easier, Richard Mille has released a 150-piece limited edition of the RM 029 Le Mans Classic, featuring a Quartz TPT case and bezel, mounted on a white rubber strap. The front bezel sports the characteristic double Le Mans stripes, produced from pieces of white Quartz TPT embedded in the green bezel. The skeletonised RMAS7 calibre in grade 5 titanium powers functions that include a large date and a 24-hour display. This latter comprises a rotating disk with a blue arrow tip at 4 o’clock — the race start time — that tracks the time on a fixed 24-hour disk.
