Blossom Velvet is one of five collections that Roger Dubuis is devoting to women this year. The case is set with brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel and lugs, transforming the central "third lug" into a precious attachment. The mother-of-pearl dial is embellished with a raised pattern of floral marquetry. Reviving a rare technique, blossoms and leaves are sculpted in grand feu enamel then joined together by white gold stems. A row of more brilliant-cut diamonds paves the tonneau shape that marks the contours of the hour chapter. Beneath this dial, a showcase for the métiers d'art, lies the self-winding RD821 movement. Like all Roger Dubuis calibres, it is hallmarked Poinçon de Genève.
