Calatrava Pilot Travel Time Chronograph Ref. 5924G

Released in 2015, Reference 5524G became the first model in the Pilot style line, inspired by the watches Patek Philippe was making in the 1930s for aviators. Since then the family has grown with a model in rose gold, two 37.5mm variants and a Grand Complication in platinum with a 24-hour alarm. 2023 sees the release of the first chronograph in the collection. Outfitted with the CH 28-520 C FUS automatic movement, it combines three practical complications: a flyback chronograph with double pushers, a Travel Time function (dual time shown by central hands) and a pointer-type date at 12 o’clock coupled with local time. Correctors for local time are set in the caseband at 8 and 10 o’clock. Measuring 42mm in diameter and cased in white gold, this new model comes in two executions: one with a blue-grey sunburst dial and a second with a lacquered dial in khaki green. Both dials feature luminescent applied numerals and sword-shaped hands. A 60-minute counter at 6 o’clock combines with the central chronograph hand.
