Carrera Plasma Tourbillon Nanograph
TAG Heuer makes the disruptive choice of setting lab-grown diamonds on the case and dial of the Carrera Plasma Tourbillon Nanograph, opening up new possibilities for design and for playing with light. One of the highlights of this watch is the polycrystalline diamond dial. This “diamond effect” results from crystals being grown in successive layers to form a single diamond piece, creating a unique morphology for the dial plate. Equipping this Carrera is the COSC-certified Heuer 02 Tourbillon Nanograph movement whose carbon balance spring was developed by the TAG Heuer Institute and made using the same chemical vapour deposition technique as for the lab-grown diamonds. It delivers anti-magnetic capacities, shock-resistance, stability across temperature ranges and refined geometry for enhanced chronometric performance.
